Introduction

Syntvi is a game system that incorporates NFT Collections as its foundation and building blocks. The synergy between our three high-quality Collections and the highly competitive game system is made possible by a simple core concept; High Risk -> High Reward. Staking your NFTs has never been this interesting. You will compete with real opponents in engaging duels that highlight your speed and mental acuity. As you advance through the Syntvi ranks, the challengers you will have to fight will be more skilled and more determined to take a large share of your tokens.

It is important for us that each NFT brings value to its holder. Whether it's base access to the game, the ability to produce $STYK Tokens, or a competitive advantage over other users, we aimed to create a full ecosystem where your assets are vital and ever-promising. This ecosystem is divided into three areas of development:

Value brought by the $STYK Tokens

Staking the Syntlabs inside a Synthive will allow you to produce $STYK tokens. The process takes into consideration multiple factors that are tied to the Syntvi gameplay, allowing the users to directly influence the amount of tokens they receive or are able to hold on to. Being part of a very competitive ecosystem, the users must be prepared for constant shifts in their token stash, based on their skill and the risk level they are willing to play for. There is only one constant throughout the entire process; staking the right Syntlabs will allow you to produce $STYK.

• $STYK Mining -> Available via NFT staking & adhering to special game rules. While the mining process itself is riskless, users stake their $STYK tokens when they enter a Competitive Duel.

• $STYK Utilities -> Most of the game economy is based on $STYK. Acquiring unique assets, as well as purchasing access to higher Leagues involves spending tokens. Since the $STYK fuels the Higher Game Economy, we regard it as a real-value token that can be traded or exchanged on external markets.

• $STYK Play-to-Earn -> While their Syntlabs are being staked to mine their own tokens, users can obtain more through duelling. In competitive battles, the victorious user will earn a percentage of the losing user's tokens. This risk element is built to raise the stakes of the game, but also to incentivize token exchange and a highly versatile, shifting economy.

Value brought by the NFT Collections

Our collections are characterised by innovative designs that complement the theme and the tone of the game. Each collection is an important pillar of the active gameplay that all of our users will go through. All of our NFTs have utility within the game ecosystem and, regardless of rarity, they have desirable traits that can turn them into active assets ready to be traded at any time.

• Trade Value -> The desirability of our Collections is twofold. The main value of each NFT refers to its purpose in the game. Based on their rarity, some NFTs will offer the user a competitive advantage that might be just enough to bring them to victory. For the sake of a fair and balanced game, we made sure that the advantages a very valuable NFT can bring to the table can still be outshined by individual skill. The secondary value of the NFT is what makes the collection valuable as a whole. Each asset has a set of characteristics that helps the users express themselves or customize their game experience in unique and fun ways.

• Functionality -> Each asset out of the three NFT Collections has a specific purpose inside the game. This means that, beyond the inherent traits like rarity or visuals, users will be investing in valid game components that will have a continued use inside our game ecosystem. In short, this feature guarantees a prolonged usability factor for any NFT you buy.

There is one more key aspect that separates the Syntvi Project from others; the mechanics of the game. We value mental development and games that bring out the best in our players. Our proposed game structure helps users improve themselves. The skill level necessary to progress inside the game ecosystem scales together with the player's ability to solve complex but fun puzzles. Aside from improvements in sharpness and skill, we want our players to feel relaxed and at ease when they play. The gameplay is fast-paced, dynamic and visually rewarding after each success. If the players desire to eliminate the risk component altogether or practice without high stakes, they can do so through our Casual Mode. For a customized duel where anything can happen, players can challenge their friends in a highly configurable Friendly Duel.

Our three NFT Collections are the foundation of the game ecosystem. Each of them is responsible for expanding a gameplay feature.

The Syntvi

Fully operable suits built to harness the full power of our decentralized game structure, the Syntvi are the device that allows each player to travel through the Synthorizon and invade their opponents. Owning at least one Syntvi is necessary in order to access the game. There is a very limited supply of them in existence and, until the technology will be successfully reverse-engineered, only 10,000 players will be cruise through the Synthorizon.

• Staking -> Each Syntvi is a an access key to the game ecosystem. By staking this NFT, the user creates a profile or an access portal to the game and to the potential earnings that come with it. Each staked Syntvi NFT can help the user earn Experience Points and level up. A player can have multiple staked Syntvis under the form of profiles. When a Syntvi NFT is sold, data such as the Ability Stack is transferred to the new owner.

• Purpose -> The Syntvi is regarded as the user's Playable Character. They will function as the visual representation of the player in the duel screen and other areas of the game. Because each Syntvi corresponds to a profile, players can stake multiple NFTs in order to grow their legion of battle-ready Syntvis.

• Effects -> Based on their core, each Syntvi will have an improved synergy with one Ability Type, making it easier for players to recall that category of abilities from their stack during battle. With this information, players can prioritise upgrading certain ability types.

The Syntcrafts

The Syntcraft is the Syntvi's space-travelling fortress, where their $STYK generating systems are being kept safe. Each NFT Syntcraft is separated into a specific number of sectors called Synthives, where the Syntlabs can be installed in unique configurations. Syntvis can build their strategies based on the setup of their Syntcraft, or they might want to head to the Marketplace and acquire one that fits their needs. The Syntcraft NFTs are equipped with different amounts and shapes of Synthives. This attributed randomness can guide users to shift and match their token generators in an effort to reach their full capacity.

• Staking -> Players need a Syntcraft NFT for each of their profiles in order to roam the Synthorizon and engage in duels. In exchange for staking their Syntcrafts over time, the Syntvi will be able to receive and open Reward Crates, which can contain $STYK tokens, Abilities, Energy or Experience. The Syntcraft NFT must be staked for the player to use a profile in order to play the game.

• Purpose -> Inside the game ecosystem, the Syntcraft is the asset with the most important function. Staking this NFT not only guarantees you access to the game, but it also helps you build an initial strategy. The behaviour of the market is in large part decided by the unique configurations Syntcrafts have. They create the need for specific Syntlabs and control the flow of rewards for the Lower Game Economy.

• Effects -> All Syntcrafts benefit from an unique configuration of competitive traits. The Syntvi's gameplay loop can be greatly influenced by their currently equipped space station:

  • Reward Crate Management -> Syntvis obtain Reward Crates by winning Casual or Competitive Duels. Every NFT Syntcraft has a different way of decoding the crates' security cyphers. Some can compress and deposit large quantities of crates, while others can decode and unlock multiple rewards at the same time.

  • Hosting Synthives -> The Syntcrafts are separated into various numbers of structures similar to sectors. Each sector has a total of seven available slots for Syntlabs, configured in different layouts. Syntvis can shift their staked Syntlabs between sectors in order to obtain the most possible synergy for their token generators.

The Syntlabs

Components that occupy slots inside Synthives. They supply specific functions inside those structures such as operating and powering the $STYK token generators. There are a total of seven unique slots in each sector of the Syntcraft. Although their purpose or functionality remains the same, the Syntlabs occupy different positions depending on the Synthive they are a part of. This composition variety allows the Syntvi to shift assets between the sectors of their Space Station so that they can reach the highest potential level of synergy.

Only 10,000 Syntlabs are compatible with the decentralised, highly specific architecture of a Synthive. The seven existing types of Syntlabs can be arranged in tens of thousands of configurations inside a Syntcraft in order to find their most efficient combination. Some Syntlab pairs are more efficient than others at producing tokens. This Pairing System powers up the Higher Game Economy and generates a constant value stream for all Syntlabs. Demand for every NFT is ensured by the fact that its unique trait configuration is the perfect fit for at least one Syntvi.

• Staking -> In order to stake a Syntlab, the Syntvi has to add it to one of their available hives. When doing so, the Syntvi has to take into consideration three factors:

  • Slot Assignation -> Each of the seven Syntlab types has a pre-assigned position in a Synthive. A Syntlab cannot be attached to another position besides its own. Therefore, the initial focus of the player should be on gathering and staking Syntlabs of multiple types and unlock the basic $STYK generation capacity.

  • Positioning -> All Syntlabs types have their own web of connections inside a Synthive. Based on their positioning, some artefacts might or might not have an established connection. Since a missing connection will affect the $STYK generation efforts, players are advised to take advantage of the different sector configurations inside their Syntcrafts in order to find the best possible fit for their assets. The Marketplace is also available for trading unproductive assets for others that promise more synergy with the Syntvi's current setup.

  • Trait Compatibility -> Besides their type, the Syntlabs also have listeners in place for traits similar to their own. Each NFT has a maximum of four traits that can be matched by another one in order to create synergy. These common traits will be highlighted inside each Synthive so that the player is always aware of their most promising assets. Depending on the intensity of the synergy between two or more NFTs, the $STYK generation capacity will increase exponentially. The end goal for all users is to achieve full synergy across all their Syntcraft's sectors, with all Syntlabs possessing a perfect matching configuration.

• Purpose -> The Syntlabs have many purposes inside the game ecosystem, which increases their potential value on the Marketplace:

  • Generating $STYK -> Without a doubt, the most promising aspect of the Syntlabs is that, in the right circumstances, they can be used in order to produce real-value $STYK tokens. This ability alone would warrant an increased desirability when trading these NFTs, but their collectability and configuration opportunities turn the Syntlabs into very desirable assets with ascending value and a deep market demand.

  • Risk Collateral -> The game economy is powered by $STYK, and when winning a Competitive Duel, Syntvis expect to take a share of the defeated opponent's tokens. Staking your Syntlabs inside one of your Synthives guarantees players that their opponent is a valid, real player that is able to produce tokens. Without the Syntlabs in place to produce tokens, there would be no guarantee that the risk a player took to play a competitive duel would pay off. Without a stable Syntlab setup, players will have to acquire tokens directly from our store in order to be able to join the competition and win duels.

  • Trade Incentive -> The constant need to find a better combination of Syntlabs keeps the need for exchanging assets or acquiring them from external markets very high. Players, both old and new, will always need a Syntlab that brings them closer to full synergy than the ones they already have. This insurance of demand, coupled with the fact that a player can produce tokens across multiple Synthives can create investment opportunities for NFT traders. Because of the limited supply of Syntlabs, their value will scale together with the game's player base in order to accommodate the increasing need for matching assets.

• Effects -> The purpose of the Syntlabs is to raise the stakes for the Syntvis. They are machineries meant to produce $STYK tokens, and they represent the main target of any marauding Syntvi looking to steal from a weak opponent. The mechanics related to producing and earning tokens are governed by three principles:

  1. Syntcraft Health -> Following the conclusion of a Competitive Duel, the defeated Syntvi runs the risk of incurring damage to their Syntcraft as the victorious opponent pillages it in search of tokens. The Syntcraft's Health is a static metric with a value of 100 when fully charged. The amount of damage sustained by a Syntvi's station directly impacts the production capacity of $STYK, resulting in temporary production penalties. Syntcraft damage can be incurred only when a Syntvi loses a competitive duel and is itself dependent on the following factors:

     • Duration of Duel -> The length of the duel determines the amount of damage inflicted on the Syntcraft. The longer the duration, the lower the damage, as the opponent's energy level depletes during the fight.

     • Opponent HP -> A weakened opponent will not be able to cause significant harm to the player's Syntcraft.

     • Opponent Skill -> While battling in higher leagues may be more profitable, it also carries a higher risk. A skilled opponent will be able to cause significant damage, while a novice might not.

     The Syntcraft can repair itself over time, with the rate of recovery dependent on factors such as the Syntvi's level. Consumables or $STYK may be used to accelerate the healing process.

  2. Connection Compatibility -> The Syntlabs present in one of the sectors of a Syntcraft will transfer data among themselves using pipelines called Connections. The technology available to this generation of Space Station does not allow for communications or data exchange between sectors. More details about this process is available here.

  3. Degree of Occupancy -> Syntlabs have a variable number of sectors available to them, each with randomized configuration of slots. The constant factor is that each Synthive is made up of seven slots for seven different Syntlabs:
